Corporate Governance Department 

This department functions under the corporate and commercial law department. It provides support services to our multinational clients and listed clients on all matters relating to board constitution and compliance with the corporate governance code as required by the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). We process business registration at the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission and advise Clients on the requirements for grant of Pioneer Status. We also process applications for expatriate Quota Positions and renewal of the same, STR Visa/Entry Permit, Temporary Work Permit (TWP), CERPAC, register Technology Service Agreements at NOTAP.
